Shipping Policy

Standard shipping is included only for eligible, non-remote addresses in the contiguous United States.

Remote and excluded destinations

Free shipping does not apply to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, APO/FPO/DPO military addresses, or destinations classified as remote or subject to additional delivery charges by the shipping provider. Remote destinations within the contiguous United States are also excluded. Where delivery is available, the buyer is responsible for the shipping charge.

For any excluded or potentially remote destination, contact bbnt2046@gmail.com with your destination and ZIP code before ordering. We will confirm availability and the shipping quote for your approval before you place the order. A general free-shipping message or a zero shipping amount does not confirm remote-area eligibility. We will not charge an additional amount without your agreement.

Delivery estimates

Processing and delivery depend on the destination, the selected logistics service and current product availability. We do not guarantee a delivery date. If you need your set by a specific date, contact us before ordering.

Order support

Each Lotus Set includes one mat, one matching pillow and one carry bag. For orders containing more than one set, contact us if you need confirmation of parcel arrangements. For tracking, address corrections or delivery issues, email bbnt2046@gmail.com with your order number. Do not send payment card details.
